What is a rotary vane compressor?
A rotary vane compressor uses sliding vanes in a cylindrical rotor to compress air. Fewer moving parts than a screw compressor means lower vibration, quieter operation, and exceptional reliability. Hydrovane pioneered this technology.
What configurations are available?
E (base unit), ER (with receiver), ED (with dryer), ERD (with receiver and dryer). Each is available in fixed speed and RS variable speed. The ERD is a complete compressed air station in one package.
How does the lifetime blade warranty work?
Hydrovane blades are warranted for the life of the compressor when maintained according to the service schedule. This is unique in the industry and reflects the durability of vane technology.
