What M&E Contractors Need from a Sub

01

Subcontractors who do not turn up on time

Your programme depends on every trade arriving when scheduled. A compressed air subcontractor who delays by a week pushes every trade behind them back.

02

Poor commissioning creating snagging issues

A compressor that is installed but not properly commissioned creates snagging items that come back to you. Vibration, condensate, drainage, and controls all need to be right at handover.

03

Temporary air needed during changeover

Retrofit projects need temporary compressed air while permanent systems are being replaced. Coordinating temporary hire, connection, and switchover adds complexity you do not need.
